Here are some of the seasonal events you might like to consider in your planning -

Winter (June – August)
Stanthorpe and the surrounding area is noted for its Brass Monkey season. Enjoy the crisp, clear winter days and the opportunity to enjoy a fine glass of wine in front of the fire.

Spring (September – November)
The vines and fruit trees put on a show
The annual Spring Wine Festival (October) heralds the new vintages and the Australian Small Winemakers’ Show showcases the best of Australian and New Zealand wine, including those of the Granite Belt.

Summer (December – February)
Escape the summer heat of coastal Queensland and enjoy comfortable evenings in the cooler mountain terrain.
Collect sumptuous berries and stone fruit direct from the farm.

Autumn (March – May)
Revel in the golden autumn colours and join in as the grapes are harvested for the coming vintage!
Every second March (even numbered years) Stanthorpe hosts the renowned Apple and Grape Festival.
